Yes, you can decide to not sign for a package when a carrier delivers it, but It will count as rejecting the package. Then it will be marked as returned to sender.

I missed the delivery, when will they come again?

Our carriers will generally try to deliver on the next business day, a total of three times, before returning your package to us. If you are unable to sign for your package, you can request for your package to be held at one of our carrier’s facilities, so you can sign for it at your convenience.
